The staff are incredibly welcoming and really good. The hotel is situated in the middle of the city, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Santo Domingo.

Tastefully decorated and brand-new units where the bathroom was built the bedroom and really helpful staff. Plenty of facilities like: a safe box, flat screen cable TV, and a mini bar fridge. Very central location close to walking to all things in Centro.

It was a very comfortable stay, exceptionally comfortable place. Everything was great, and it had great wi-fi.

Location: the hotel was short walk to many restaurants and beautiful sites for exploring, the main tourist sites of interest, and the historic centre of Puebla.

The room was beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and my experience was good. The location was favourable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Puebla Convention Center.

We had a great time staying here, the rooms were enjoyable, and the location was convenient. The prices were also quite reasonable. Plus, it's only 25km away from the airport and there's free parking available. I highly recommend this place if you're traveling to Puebla.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was excellent, as it was within walking distance of all the attractions in Centro. Being near the main plaza was so convenient. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with a lovely balcony where I could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste.
